Huw O’Connor
Co-Founder
An organisational theorist at heart, Huw initially specialised in upper-echelon executive processing and decision-making under conditions of uncertainty. Huw has almost two decades of experience teaching, coaching and mentoring in tertiary education.
Roy Larke
Co-Founder
Roy spent 30 years teaching in tertiary education in Japan, moving to New Zealand in 2012. He spent more than a decade teaching at Waikato Management School, leading the curriculum development process for marketing subjects.
